Wunan Foundation is a leading Aboriginal development organisation based in the Kimberley region of Western Australia. Its purpose is to ensure that Aboriginal people enjoy the capabilities and opportunities necessary to make positive choices that lead to independent, fulfilling lives.

Wunan Maintenance Services is seeking a Maintenance Worker to join their team.

Key Duties (but not limited):

• General labouring;
• landscaping, maintaining lawns, retic systems, pruning of trees;
• operating forklifts, EWPS;
• inspecting products and/or materials for conformity with established operational standards;
• removing equipment fastenings including use of destructive cutting equipment;
• running adjustments to production equipment;
• basic production scheduling and materials handling within the scope of production process or directly related functions;
• exercising high level stores and inventory responsibilities;
• practicing safe work procedures.

Pre-employment requirements include

• Satisfactory Criminal History Check (not older than 6 months)
• Current Working with children clearance (ability to obtain)
• Current Australian unrestricted ‘C’ class Driver’s license
