Primary Function: As a Major Gifts
Officer at New America, you will play a critical role in expanding
our general operating revenue pipeline by securing major gifts of
$25,000 and above. Your primary focus will be on identifying,
researching, prospecting, and cultivating relationships with
high-net-worth individuals, traditional foundations, and
corporations capable of making transformational gifts. This role
demands a strategic thinker with a proactive approach to planned
giving and major gift fundraising, who can effectively communicate
the impact of unrestricted funding on New America’s mission and
initiatives.

Qualifications:
Location: Hybrid mode in New America’s
Washington D.C. offices
Benefits: New America offers a highly

vision coverage; a generous retirement plan; observes all federal
holidays; 20 days of paid time off (combined vacation and sick
days) in your first year of employment and 30 days of paid time off
in subsequent years; 12 weeks of paid parental leave; and an
