Wakefield based construction business are looking to expand their accounts function with a Management Accountant opportunity. You will support the senior finance leads with the production of management accounts, month end management and reporting to stakeholders. The role offers great exposure and the chance to work within a growing market for a business that can offer fantastic progression opportunities.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced management accountant to show case their abilities and take full control of the efficiency and production of month end accounts.You will be working collectively with senior finance and the wider team to achieve the following responsibilities:

• To prepare and present timely monthly management accounts
• Business partner with senior stakeholders, indicating on business performance
• Financial reporting and analysis offering commentary
• Assisting the commercial team with forecasts
• Assist with costing
• Year End audit preparation and assistance
• Improve current systems and processes
• Ad-hoc work

Preferably you will have experience in producing management accounts and either part-qualified or qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA.
