In this position you will be a part of the Resilience Evaluation and Analysis Division (READ). The Division is responsible for providing evaluation expertise to Resilience programs, including developing logic models, theories of change, and learning agendas.

Duties

• Conducting quantitative and qualitative data analysis for grant effectiveness, program evaluation, and performance measurement.
• Performing a wide variety of administrative, technical, and analytical duties on evaluation efforts relating to grant programs and other federal programs.
• Developing written and visually impactful reports and briefings to brief leadership on results of evaluation analyses.
• Working cooperatively with other FEMA offices to collect data, validate findings, analyze grant data, and develop recommended solutions.

Qualifications

• Conducting research or analysis according to accepted best practices in program evaluation using qualitative and quantitative methods, and 
• Developing analysis results to summarize findings for technical and non-technical audiences, and 
• Coordinating with stakeholders to build technical and analytical capability, and
• Managing projects, including associated documentation, planning, and task tracking.

Salary

GS-11 or equivalent (full promotion potential GS-13)
