Function
Be a Vital Asset to the Brussels Team:
Provide seamless support to 2 Partners and their teams.
Take ownership of responsibilities, efficiently managing time to meet deadlines.
Utilize your excellent written and spoken language skills to draft, proofread and format diverse documents, as well as to engage with international stakeholders, and create impactful PowerPoints.
Organize team agendas, including meetings, business lunches, seminars, and meticulously handle European and worldwide travel arrangements.
Occasionally participate in the practical organisation of client seminars.
Ensure timely billing by submitting time sheets, verifying billing details and managing expenses.
Maintain adherence to administrative and organizational procedures, including client background checks and CRM management.

What You Bring
Both candidates with and without experience will be considered.
Excellent written and spoken English, coupled with fair Dutch and French proficiency.
Proficient in MS Office with a keen eye for detail.
Solution-oriented mindset, proactive, and self-driven.
Effective prioritization skills to handle multitasking and stressful situations calmly.
Strong listening skills, diplomatic approach, and customer service orientation.
