Manager – Aged Care Services

We have recently expanded our in-home and community based aged care services and are looking for an experienced, motivated and people-focused leader to embed our existing services and seek out further growth opportunities.

You will bring:

• Program management experience with skills in leading and coaching teams;
• Experience working within quality and safety frameworks;
• Knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, the aged care standards and aged care reforms; and
• An inclusive and compassionate approach to working with people, demonstrating respect for the different cultural diversities within our organisation and clients.

The position is based in Hobart and can either be full time of part time (0.8 FTE).

The salary is between $110,000 and $115,000 per year plus salary packaging to reduce your taxable income. We offer a supportive workplace with flexible work arrangements, professional and career development opportunities, and additional leave days.
