Job Summary: The Manager/Assistant Manager opens and closes the restaurant. Ensures food is put together properly and beautifully presented before it is brought to the customer. Makes drinks. Works with suppliers. Manages and assists staff. Maintains clean, safe work environment. Handles day-to-day situations as they arise. Ensures customer satisfaction.

Additional Department Summary: The work schedule varies each week depending on events. Sweet Home Food Bar’s is looking for someone to work in management for at least 15 hours a week.

  • Monday 10:00am to 4:00pm
  • Wednesday 10:00am to 4:00pm, 4:00pm to 9:00pm
  • Thursday 10:00am to 4:00pm, 4:00pm to 9:00pm
  • Friday 10:00am to 4:00pm, 4:00pm to 10:00pm
  • Saturday 9:00am to 4:00pm, 4:00pm to 10:00pm
  • Sunday 9:00am to 4:00pm

Required Minimum Qualifications: Must be over 21 years of age. Must have previous restaurant experience. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. Must be able to work nights and weekends. Must be able to work year-round. Must be organized, punctual, and dependable. Must be a quick thinker ready to solve problems as they arise. Must have checkable references.

Preferred Qualifications: Student studying Hospitality.
