About the Role
As the Manager, Digital, in Student Communications, you’ll lead a talented team of specialists spanning design, web, data, and CRM platforms. Together, you’ll craft and execute content and channel strategies aimed at providing current students with an exceptional information experience.
Collaborating closely with colleagues in Student Communications, your team will manage a suite of channels and assets to support outstanding communications to students, from application to graduation. With your exceptional stakeholder and project management skills, you’ll spearhead the delivery of digital projects and initiatives that align with the overarching strategic roadmaps of the Student Administration and Support Services (SASS).

Your expertise in staff management, conflict resolution, and commitment to fostering a cohesive team atmosphere will be highly regarded. You will draw on your stellar interpersonal abilities to collaborate with stakeholders across all levels to understand their digital needs, align expectations, and deliver meaningful solutions.
