Manager, Global Philanthropy

The Manager, Global Philanthropy will support and grow the
Council on Foundation’s global philanthropy program, which was
first established in 1983. Working closely with the Vice President,
Membership, Development & Finance and Director, Engagement, the
Manager will ensure successful implementation of the Council’s
global programs and services, including in-person convenings,
research and reports, and virtual learning opportunities focused on
international issues. The Manager will support and expand existing
work on issues like locally led development, the closing space for
civil society, and best practices in cross-border grantmaking by US
foundations. The Manager will also play an important role in
sustaining and growing organizational relationships with globally
focused US foundations and peer philanthropy networks around the
world.
