The Human Resources Manager is an integral partner to business leaders in the development and execution of HR programs to meet business objectives of the Company. The role will manage various aspects of HR including employee relations, talent development, engagement, job assessment, performance management, policy implementation, compensation, and benefits in order to drive an engaging, high performance and growth-minded culture. Responsible for supporting the international organization that expands across all regions outside of the US and Israel.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Builds and maintains strong, inclusive, and trusting relationships with leaders, employees, and cross-functional business partners, as well as builds/sustains a brand as a trusted advisor and coach.
  • Provide day to day human resources support and coaching to employees and leaders to enhance the employee experience and drive performance in accordance with policies and local regulations.
  • Accountable for functional, business, and broad company objectives. Integrates and develops processes that meet business needs. Involved in long-term planning. This role contributes to the overall strategy and manages complex issues within functional areas of expertise.
  • Design, improve, implement, and execute various HR programs and initiatives that align with business objectives to attract, engage, develop, and retain talent.
  • Proactively solicits feedback and ideas from employees and managers, as well as analyzes data, and then collaborates with leaders and HR team members to create improvements and generate needed changes (be the “voice” for employees).
  • Ensure performance management programs are executed and maintained throughout client groups including: the annual performance review process, performance improvement plans, talent development plans, etc.
  • Responds to and resolves employee relation issues such as employee complaints, harassment allegations, unfair treatment, etc. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations. Collaborates with management and legal (when applicable) to resolve issues and implement corrective actions to ensure concerns are addressed and the environment is improved.
  • Manages all employment contract needs (creation/amendments), complex employee matters, investigations and/or terminations, and partners with internal/external counsel when appropriate.
  • Conduct job assessments and compensation benchmarking for new or modified positions.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition team to attract and select talent for the international team. Enhance and maintain the employee onboarding experience. Collaborate with leaders and cross-functional partners to support and execute legal entity expansion efforts.
  • In partnership with key stakeholders, manage and evaluate the effectiveness of the overall Total Rewards program for each country including but not limited to healthcare benefits, pension, car/travel benefits, and compensation.
  • Equip key clients with appropriate tools and knowledge to effectively manage their people e.g., performance management, absence management, career management, etc.
  • Support talent development and succession planning efforts in partnership with Corporate HR.
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal and payroll departments as needed/required.
  • Support people leaders with the development of their people by providing counsel, coaching, guidance, training, etc.
  • Partner with sales leaders, finance, and Corporate HR to support sales commission planning to drive the commercial team performance and engagement.
  • Oversees leave management process in partnership with the Total Rewards team and external partners (i.e., Arbo).
  • Partners with HR Operations and Corporate HR to ensure the HR Information Systems (Dayforce) captures accurate employee data, changes are processed timely and necessary entitlements are captured (i.e., annual holiday).
  • Create and maintain employment handbooks for each country within client group in accordance to local laws, regulations, and company procedures.
  • Facilitate annual and ad-hoc reward and recognition programs.
  • Closely collaborates with the payroll team regularly to ensure accurate and timely payroll administration is processed in accordance with applicable payroll schedules and regulations.
  • Manages Purchase Orders (POs) or invoices for applicable HR expenses, when approved and applicable.
  • May perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS –The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill or ability required.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor Level of Degree in the Business Administration, Human Resources, Management or related field of study
  • 8 years of demonstrated experience in Human Resources
  • Experience in international HR, supporting employees in multiple countries
  • Proficient in English (verbal and written). Multi-lingual preferred.
  • Knowledge of international legal issues across the HR arena.
  • Possess a current understanding of present and future employment legislation.
  • Experience with HRIS systems required.

  • Ability to research and analyze various types of data, and develop data driven solutions.
  • Some overseas & international travel may be required
  • Proficient in the following computer software applications: Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to effectively communicate both internally and externally.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance. instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
