Job Summary:
Program lead for HR strategic initiatives including Professional Development, Career Development, and Employee Engagement.
Job Duties:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development is required.
Experience:
Five (5) or more years in a learning role with a proven ability to align organizational focus, develop leadership capability, and influence behaviors that support organizational strategies.
At least two (2) years in a leadership role.
Preferred:
Experience in an academic healthcare institution is strongly preferred.
