Manager, Learning & Leadership Development

*This is a Hybrid position*

Job Summary:

Program lead for HR strategic initiatives including Professional Development, Career Development, and Employee Engagement.

Job Duties:

Designs and facilitates curriculum development and content delivery for leadership and other professional development programs that are aligned with the institutional strategic plan.

Works with Leadership, Managers and HR partners to build leadership capability, reinforce desired behaviors, and assess professional and leadership development needs and performance gaps.

Designs leadership programs using both “off-the-shelf” and custom designed content.

Administers learning evaluations and assessments to ensure targeted levels of effectiveness and impact of learning programs to achieve business outcomes.

Contributes to the overall success of the employee/department by identifying ways to continuously improve the learning process and enhance learning effectiveness.

Develops and rolls-out post training support and reinforcement tools to sustain behavioral change and drive improved performance and business outcomes.

Performs all other duties as assigned.

 

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development is required.

Experience:

Five (5) or more years in a learning role with a proven ability to align organizational focus, develop leadership capability, and influence behaviors that support organizational strategies.

  At least two (2) years in a leadership role.

 

Preferred:

Experience in an academic healthcare institution is strongly preferred.
