The role
We’re looking for an experienced Manager, Maintenance to work as part of our Property Team, based at our Melbourne head office but working across all Unison sites. This role will lead our team of Facilities Advisors, ensuring Unison’s properties are maintained to our standards quickly and efficiently, and with quality and care for our renters.
Day-to-day, you’ll coordinate the operations of the Maintenance Team in line with our compliance and regulatory obligations, act as an escalation point for troubleshooting and for critical on-call issues, and maintain open lines of communication with our contractors, renters and teams.
You’ll also be an experienced people leader who develops and supports their team to deepen their professional practice, learn new skills and create career development opportunities within the team by accessing and participating in Unison’s people programs on offer.
