Crossroads4Hope, A Network of Cancer Support
tendersglobal.net
Crossroads4Hope (CR4H) has been improving the lives of people
with cancer and their loved ones for more than 23 years. The
organization is growing regionally and nationally in response to
the increasing unmet needs of individuals affected by the disease.
As THE safe space for people facing cancer to turn first to restore
their whole being and family, we are on a mission to reduce the
burden of cancer on all those affected by closing the gaps in
cancer care, especially those living in vulnerable communities. Led
by social work principles, most notably social justice, we are
experts in patient activation and delivering social and emotional
interventions. We move individuals through the health crisis caused
by cancer to become activated with the behaviors that enable them
to take control of their health and care through access to
resources and programs of support, education, well-being, and
hope.
