Role Purpose

The primary purpose is to drive excellence in client experience and operational performance within the Service Navigation and Support teams. Your role is integral to ensuring that our organisation delivers exceptional service outcomes by strategically optimising workforce planning, leveraging technology, and championing continuous improvement initiatives. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prioritise, and deliver new initiatives and business-as-usual (BAU) activities to improve performance, operational excellence, and customer outcomes using technology.
  • Provide high-quality strategic and operational workforce planning support across various Service Navigation and Support teams.
  • Ensure that client navigation system delivers services that comply with industry regulations and protocols.

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline. A master’s degree or equivalent postgraduate qualification is desirable.
  • Comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements and legal obligations related to data protection, privacy, and compliance within the relevant jurisdiction(s). Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in regulatory compliance is essential.
