The Role
We are currently seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced operations manager. This is an exciting and fast-paced role which involves managing the delivery of student-facing operations where you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a team of Team Managers and student facing staff. Working closely with other managers you will have responsibility for ensuring that students and prospective students are provided with high quality, timely, accurate and appropriate information about registration, study and fees.
Skills and experience
You will have demonstrable experience of managing in a complex and rapidly changing environment; have highly developed organisational skills; be a proficient IT user; have a customer-focused approach, which is concerned with both meeting targets and service quality; and have excellent communication and presentation skills. Previous experience in a Higher Education setting would be an advantage.
