No to Violence is Australia’s peak body for individuals and organisations that work with men that use violence. We provide training, sector development and advocacy across the sector. We operate the Men’s Referral Service, providing a counselling service and referral pathways directly to men who use violence.

About the role
The MARAM Project Manager will manage the MARAM Adults using violence focused tools project to successfully deliver project deliverables. They will coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring that projects remain within scope, on schedule, and to budget. The MARAM Project Coordinator will work collaboratively with NTV staff and MARAM Training Practitioners, sector organisations and Family Safety Victoria.
The MARAM Adults using violence focused tools training aimed at building skills, practice, and capacity across the Human Services system, to enable effective working with men who use family violence. This training will be delivered by a combination of online and / or face to face training sessions in Metropolitan Melbourne and Regional Victoria from August 2023 to May 2025.
To be successful in the role, you will have:
- 3+ years experience project managing and coordinating a large scale education or training project.
- Proven track record of influencing, coordinating, and working with a diverse range of stakeholders and possess strong partnership focus to ensure projects remain on schedule.
- Proven and successful engagement skills with working across the organisation
- Demonstrated attention to deadlines and budget guidelines.
- Competent understanding and utilisation of project management software (as required)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
- Exceptional Interpersonal skills and strong negotiating skills.
- Current, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher qualifications in vocational education and training is beneficial.
