Mariculture Engagement Officer

Tees Rivers Trust is looking for an enthusiastic
and motivated Engagement Officer to join our dynamic team to deliver a programme of works to
reintroduce native estuarine species and habitats in the Tees Estuary. The Engagement Officer will
support the Trust team in a broad range of tasks including:

• Leading volunteer sessions and
  providing training and guidance for volunteers related to field restoration work and nursery
  operations
• Delivering education, engagement and outreach sessions for local schools and local
  community groups
• Organising and leading events designed to promote river and estuary
  restoration
• Contributing to the design and implementation of estuarine restoration projects.

The
individual we are looking for will be an experienced team player with a strong aptitude for project
delivery.

The role is full-time, involves some working out of our Tees Estuary Restoration
Initiative (TERI) facility in Hartlepool and will have a competitive salary.
