About The Role:
We are looking for a Marketing Advisor at Endeavour Foundation to support our Community Solutions Group Service Streams (CSG). This person will be responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of end-to-end marketing campaigns aligned to organisational priorities. Reporting to the CSG Marketing Team Leader, this role will plan and coordinate effective campaign activity via multiple channels, working with key stakeholders including Digital, Design and Brand teams, as well as external agency, to maximise awareness, engagement, and conversion.
This role is responsible for developing and delivering regular performance reporting and strategies for optimisation and driving customer acquisition and brand awareness through campaign marketing activity.
Responsibilities:
- Develop campaigns in line with operational objectives within service streams and regions.
- Coordinate creative assets across all channels including digital, email marketing and social that aligns with campaign strategy and branding.
- Develop and maintain campaign schedules to ensure all activity is strategic, integrated, targeted and measurable against clear campaign objectives.
- Monitor the creative executions in market week on week and test and optimise as needed.
- Report on campaign metrics to determine opportunities for improved campaign outcomes, channel mix, budget allocation and creative assets.
- Contribute content (curation and campaign related) for marketing channels including organic social media.
- Understand customer needs and user journeys, using this knowledge to improve campaign direction and customer experiences for improved conversion.
- Develop an events calendar to support the front-line teams participation and maximise on engagement and lead acquisition.
- Develop effective campaign briefs for external agency, including objectives and success measures in line with time and budget parameters.
- Work with external agencies to optimise creative assets to meet audience needs and performance targets.
About you:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing role supporting front line teams.
- Experience in a customer centric, commercial or competitive market environment and a track record of achieving KPIs and targets.
- Demonstrated experience delivering effective campaigns aligned to marketing and organisational strategy.
- Experience in digital and social advertising.
- Demonstrated experience delivering successful campaign activities.
- Experience delivering monthly reporting against agreed KPIs.
- Sound understanding of integrated (digital and traditional) marketing initiatives.
- Knowledge of PPC, paid social media, and other digital marketing channels.
- Experience working with marketing automation platforms (preferred).
- Experience working with external agencies, from briefing through to post campaign reporting and analysis.
