Annecto’s origins trace back to the 1950s, when a group of parents from the Western suburbs of Melbourne decided to create their own safe spaces for their children living with disability. Over the years, Annecto has continued to grow and develop its services in disability and aged care, leading the way with in-home services and independent living. Today, Annecto works across multiple regions and states of Australia and works closely with communities across Victoria, NSW, ACT and Queensland. About the Role
The Marketing and Communications Coordinator is part of a team reporting to the Marketing and Products Manager. The Marketing and Communications Coordinator works with all Annecto service areas to implement brand and advertising policies and campaigns, communications, PR, media and promotional strategies to build and increase Annecto’s profile and reputation across internal and external communications (digital and traditional).
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy and Campaign Implementation across multiple digital and traditional mediums, including reporting on data and consumer trends
- Creative development, coordination and production of internal and external content, communicatons and marketing collateral to generate and support business growth and profitability
- Performance tracking and monitoring of social media platforms and website to understand relevant consumer trends and opportunities for growth
- Merchandise Management through third party providers
- Coordination of trade shows and other events in conjunction with internal stakeholders
- Monitor budgets by comparing and analysing actual results with plans and forecasts
- Research and planning of new campaigns and strategies to market Annecto’s service range
- Advising and consulting with Marketing and Products Manager and other relevant personnel on suitable strategies and campaigns to publicise services to a wider demographic of consumers
Qualifications and Experience:
- Tertiary qualifications – Marketing, Advertising or Communications;
- Minimum 2 years qualified work experience in a similar role
- Excellent coordination, organisation and time management skills;
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
- Great interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise within all areas of the organisation;
- Proven experience across digital advertising platforms
- Extensive knowledge of social media platforms such as – Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
- Strong analytical skills and a creative flair;
- High level of written and verbal communication;
- Ability to prepare quantitative reporting to key stakeholders;
