Impact you will have in this role
The Marketing and CX Manager will be responsible for overseeing and implementing the marketing strategy and will take the lead on data-driven reporting and recommendations for all campaigns across multiple digital marketing channels. You will also lead a passionate team on a collaborative journey to drive for results.
As the organisation continues to expand its service offerings, you will be supported to bring new growth initiatives to the table that have a direct impact on client service outcomes and financial goals.
Responsible for leading multiple marketing projects that include website redevelopment and the creation of a member experience journey, with a vision to directly impact the lives of people living with a disability across Australia.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute on the delivery of the marketing strategy across digital channels while managing timelines, reporting and overseeing budgets
- Lead and inspire the marketing team through a time of service expansion and growth
- Develop a strategic membership journey, from the first point of engagement through to a continuous engagement journey that is tailored and segmented to member demographics
- Communicate and report on campaign outcomes, while overseeing the allocated budget
- Innovate, and come up with new ideas across multiple marketing channels to reach outlined targets
- Work closely with agencies to develop creative concepts and communication to meet strategic objectives relevant to each target audience and service offering
- Develop and implement clear and timely processes, while project managing, tracking, and reporting on campaign analytics
- Collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders to meet strategic goals, with a passion to contribute to the collective vision and mission of the organisation
Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated success leading the strategic development, preparation and implementation of successful digital marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Excellent digital marketing and reporting skills, with a strong ability to make data-driven decisions and report on key metrics
- The ability to make data-driven decisions that significantly influence financial performance, client service outcomes and social impact outcomes
- Strategic partnerships experience, with the ability to recognise opportunities that have a positive impact on financial and client-centred goals
- A collaborative, inspiring and influential leadership style that takes diverse stakeholders on a journey to achieve outcomes
- Successful track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously, coupled with solutions focused decision-making abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an eye for detail
- Proficiency using Dynamics 365 , Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, or any similar platforms
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, communication, a related discipline, or commensurate experience is desired
