About the Role – Marketing and Design Coordinator
We are seeking a highly motivated, organised and detail-oriented Marketing and Design Coordinator to support the Marketing team to deliver its ambitious, inspiring strategic plan. You’ll experience authentic work/life balance and receive not-for-profit salary packaging whilst executing day-to-day marketing and design activities. These include graphic design, digital community management, brand asset management and support on digital, GTM and communications campaigns.
In this role you will:
- Produce high-quality, compelling design assets, such as print collateral, social media posts, EDMs, blogs and paid ads, that bring our brand to life. Your work will be the face of our organisation!
- Work collaboratively with the Marketing team from ideation through to execution on a range of brand projects and campaigns.
- Support the Marketing team and external agencies to optimise and grow Care Connect’s digital presence, including the website, online marketing and digital advertising.
- Actively manage Care Connect’s digital communities by monitoring digital accounts, responding to comments and fostering positive participation.
- Assist in the organising and execution of marketing campaigns and activities for both traditional and digital channels.
- Support the Marketing team with Office365 document design – Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI etc – in line with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate marketing collateral, materials, inboxes, budgets and performance reporting.• Build trusted, authentic and effective relationships with colleagues, agency partners, clients and their families.

About You
To be successful, you have:
- 1+ year of demonstrated design and marketing experience.
- Working knowledge of the Adobe creative suite and other relevant design applications.
- Appreciation for and confident in the delivery of highly detailed administration.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, WordPress, Office365 Marketing, social media management tools and HTML email creation and automation.
- Excellent communication skills and effective collaborator.
- Understanding of, or passion for, the community care sector.
- Qualifications required for the role:
- Undergraduate qualification in graphic design, digital marketing, marketing (or currently studying) or other relevant tertiary study.
Additional requirements:
Part of our selection process requires the completion of psychometric assessments.
All appointments are made subject to a satisfactory National Police Check conducted by Care Connect.
A valid Working with Children Check supplied prior to employment.
A statutory declaration confirming Australian residency status (an international police check/s may be required for non-residents).
