Your Opportunity Awaits
As the Marketing and Engagement Manager some of your core responsibilities will be:
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and Senior Leadership team to develop and implement marketing strategies that support the strategic growth of Castle’s NDIS and Disability Employment Services (DES)
- Develop recommendations to build stakeholder engagement and attract new participants
- Ensure the highest standard of customer service across all contact channels and processes
- Gather and analyse data, using this to inform, create, and implement plans and related materials
- Support engagement initiatives and management of customer data through use of content creation tools, relevant marketing systems and customer management systems
- Lead and support a small team, monitoring and coaching for required outcomes.
This is a full-time, permanent position based at our Mayfield location with flexibility to work out of other Castle sites as suited to your needs and the business needs.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

- Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing and/or equivalent knowledge and experience in Marketing
- Advanced skills and experience in one or more of the following:
- Social Media Marketing
- Website Marketing and SEO
- Multi-media Marketing
- Photography, videography and podcasting
- Graphic design
- Demonstrated ability to develop marketing and engagement strategies and plans, including market analysis
- Demonstrated ability to use, and guide others in the use of relevant software programs including Adobe Suite, Hubspot, Meta Business Suite, Google, and Craft CMS.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with and support participants and their networks to identify needs and their alignment to eligible service offerings
- Demonstrated ability to lead a small team
Essential Criteria
- Current unrestricted driver licence or access to transport
- Willingness to obtain a NDIS Worker Check and Working with Children Check
- Willingness to demonstrate Castle’s Vision, Purpose and Value statements and the ability to engage others and influence organisational culture
