As our Marketing and Fundraising Data Coordinator your purpose will be to:

  • Collaborate with the Marketing & Fundraising Systems Administrator to streamline data workflows, manage imports/exports, and automate processes.
  • Perform data hygiene exercises, including de-duplication and resolving data inconsistencies.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
  • Support system users with training, troubleshooting, and guidance on best practices.
  • Document and update system processes.
  • Participate in audits, testing, and various project work to support system improvements.

To succeed you will have…

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience in a data management/coordination role.
  • Experience organising, maintaining, and retrieving large datasets.
  • Experience with CRM Platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP etc).
  • Proven ability to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritise activities.
