As our Marketing and Fundraising Data Coordinator your purpose will be to:
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Fundraising Systems Administrator to streamline data workflows, manage imports/exports, and automate processes.
- Perform data hygiene exercises, including de-duplication and resolving data inconsistencies.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
- Support system users with training, troubleshooting, and guidance on best practices.
- Document and update system processes.
- Participate in audits, testing, and various project work to support system improvements.
To succeed you will have…
- Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience in a data management/coordination role.
- Experience organising, maintaining, and retrieving large datasets.
- Experience with CRM Platforms such as Salesforce.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP etc).
- Proven ability to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritise activities.
