• Strategic Planning & Insight: Support the creation of marketing plans and evaluations through research, analysis, and stakeholder presentations.
• Research & Market Analysis: Conduct primary and secondary research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Use research data to guide targeting, campaign planning, and marketing strategy improvements.
• Content Development & Editing: Create and refine content for digital and offline channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Digital Publishing & Engagement: Manage content publishing and audience interaction across web, email, and social media platforms.
• Asset & CRM Management: Organize marketing assets and maintain accurate CRM data to support targeted campaigns.
• Campaign & Budget Monitoring: Track campaign performance and assist with marketing budget reporting and forecasting.
• Innovation & Trends: Explore emerging marketing technologies and industry trends to enhance marketing effectiveness.

Desirable skills:

• Enthusiasm for marketing and a willingness to learn.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
• Basic knowledge of marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, or design software is a plus.

Entry requirements:

• 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
• Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.For more information please visit the UK ENIC website.Working hours:
30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am – 3pm (Weekend work possible)Benefits:
