Overview:
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Apprentice to join the team working as part of a busy multinational business at our European Head Office in Manchester.

We will give you first-hand access, and training to our systems and platforms with the view that you will become an integral part of our digital team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • You will be eager to work in a digital environment and want to learn and challenge yourself every day
  • Work with the team (internal/ external / onshore / offshore) to help define project scope, project documentation, user stories, development estimates and plans to ensure activities can be delivered
  • Be the advocate and the educator on digital best practices and processes throughout the whole company – with a specific focus on CMS page build, support and training
  • Monitoring and supporting all local offices digital performance
  • Working with the Digital Marketing team and local offices to develop & implement initiatives to support Pan European strategy and roadmap
  • Working with UX team (internal and external) on site improvements / features
  • Support UX lead with the management, set up and coordination of A/B, CRO & Personalisation tests to support conversion metrics
  • Create pages and upload visual and copy assets to the CMS system – and localise throughout Europe.
  • Support the business in a multitude of digital marketing tasks as and when necessary
  • CRM support – including campaign testing, set up, training & reporting

Skills and qualities:

  • Self-motivated, hardworking, and enthusiastic
  • A keen eye for detail
  • An interest in a range of digital topics such as CMS/ SEO/ GA/ UX/ Analytics / CRO
  • Willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills

Entry requirements:

  • 3 GCSE’s (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Salary:
£13,500 – £16,500 per annum, depending on experience.
