You will proactively assist with the implementation of the marketing activity and handling of marketing material for the Resales team; you will assist in the organisation and marketing of development open events and co-ordinate materials and promotions.This role can accommodate an agile working arrangement. We are looking for you to be within a commutable distance of Head Office in Bournemouth. Occasional travel will be required to attend events.Benefits:

Your Attributes:You will be:
- Educated to at least GCSE standard or equivalent and either be studying or have a desire to study towards a professional qualification in marketing or related subjects.
- Proactive self-starter with a ‘can do’ attitude who is able to work effectively both as part of a team and on your own initiative
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritise
- Enthusiastic and self-driven
- A credible communicator with excellent verbal and written English skills.
- Organised with good time management skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledgeable of website content management systems, social media platforms and email marketing software
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the implementation of the marketing activity and creation of marketing material allocated by the Marketing Manager.
- Manage and create digital content and property listings to a high standard, initiating accurate and regular updates.
- Liaise with divisional teams to generate a coordinated approach across marketing for rental opportunities.
- Create regular eCRMs to promote new notices and incentives.
- Report and monitor success of campaigns through a variety of tools including Power Bi, GA4, Rightmove Plus. Feedback progress of marketing activities at regular performance review meetings.
- Organise signage to promote rental offering at key developments.
- Assist in the organisation and marketing of development open events. Co-ordinate materials and promotions in preparation of the event, working to strict deadlines to ensure maximum exposure and good attendance is achieved.
- You may also be required to attend open events where possible to support Property Consultants on the day and welcome customers to the development.
- Assist the creation of social media content. Working with the Marketing Manager to develop new digital features to improve the user experience and SEO performance.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of Vebra Alto, Salesforce and other CMS systems (marketing database). Assisting in regular data cleansing activities, ensuring data is accurate and maintained to the highest standards.
- Manage stock levels of marketing literature, ensuring items are re-ordered.
- Develop understanding of CRM activity and assist in direct mail campaigns, email campaigns; as well as collating and managing data files.
- Any additional ad-hoc duties that require your assistance.
