If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!We’re on the lookout for a Marketing Assistant to bring their enthusiasm, organizational skills, and creative flair to an exciting role spanning brand, social media, and product development. You’ll be supporting sales and marketing efforts across EMEA regions, working with a collaborative team that loves big ideas and innovative solutions.What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage UK and European social media accounts, curating engaging content and building brand loyalty.
- Develop and organize social media content calendars
- Design eye-catching social media graphics and marketing assets using Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Write captivating copy for social posts that resonate with audiences.
- Act as the go-to person for ensuring all social content stays consistent and on-brand.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to keep strategies fresh and effective.
- Prepare monthly performance reports to track and celebrate social media successes.
- Oversee community management, keeping followers engaged and informed.
- Manage budgets for social activities, keeping everything on track and aligned with goals.
- Collaborate with PR agencies on product launches and campaigns.
- Coordinating samples for retailers and PR partners
- Collaborate with agencies and distributors to provide marketing materials, samples, and assets on time.
- Help deliver impactful product training sessions, creating presentations and showcasing products
- Support distributors by ensuring they have the assets and resources they need to thrive.
- Work closely with sales, e-commerce, and marketing teams to build strong, cross-functional relationships.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
- Some previous marketing experience – a minimum of 6 months ideally
- A marketing degree is an advantage but not essential
- Design skills, particularly in Photoshop (essential) and Illustrator (a bonus).
- A passion for social media and a strong understanding of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- A creative mindset and an active interest in brands and trends.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects with ease.
- An eye for detail that ensures nothing slips through the cracks.
- Excellent communication skills-you’re a team player who thrives on collaboration but can also work independently.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Bonus points if you can bring European language skills to the table!
Location:
- Harrogate – Hybrid working, 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
