We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join a well-established and growing organisation based in Warrington to support the marketing team in the areas of social media, market research, and analytics. An all-rounder, you are keen to learn and grow for a thriving organisation.

Our client is looking for someone that is eager to learn and to help them grow their social media presence, ideate compelling campaigns and niche down on their marketing efforts.

Seeking a team player who’s happy to get stuck in and has excellent communication skills – you’ll be working with different people within the marketing and sales team – assisting in a variety of creative, administrative and analytical tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with the lead generation process – fact finding company information, contact names etc. for the sales team
• Conduct market research to aid business development
• First point of contact for new customers, taking detailed information and passing onto the sales team
• Administration and maintenance of the company website
• Update and maintain the CRM system with client information
• Updating and maintaining the catalogue on the server of product and supplier information
• Assist at UK exhibitions including pre-show preparations and promotions
• Assist in the implementation of new product launches
• Creating and implementing marketing campaigns
• Assist in filming and editing of videos to provide media to customers and aid promotions using iMovie
• Generating reports when requested using Excel and the CRM system
• Gather customer testimonials and feedback to relevant managers
• Assist with updating all social media platforms – Linked in, Twitter and Instagram

Hours: 36.5 hours per week – Mon – Thurs 8.30am – 5pm and an early finish on a Friday at 4pm

Salary: £22k – £23k DOE
