About the role
The Marketing Automation Senior Adviser plays a key role in leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to develop, deliver and optimise automated journeys and communications to reach and engage our community in a more targeted and relevant manner.
This includes executing end-to-end marketing automation campaigns, including journey design and visualisation, implementation, asset build, test/quality assurance, ongoing management, and reporting.
About you
Tertiary qualified in marketing or a relevant discipline, the appointee will have significant experience in a similar marketing automation role with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Strategy development within the not-for-profit industry is highly desirable.
