Marketing Automation Specialist

Classification: ANU Officer 6/7 (Administration)
Salary package: $89,134 – $102,600 per annum plus 17% superannuation
Term: Full time, fixed term (up to 12 months)

Position overview

You will become part of the International Strategy and Future Students (ISFS) Division, which is responsible for attracting solution-focused students to the Australian National University (ANU), both internationally and domestically. As part of the Brand and Marketing Services team, you will work closely with creative brand and digital professionals who are responsible for the University’s brand identity, web presence and automated marketing systems.  

How you contribute  

The Marketing Automation Specialist will be responsible for the high level and expert delivery of automated EDM campaigns – ensuring that the customer journey is cohesive, relevant and engaging. You will take ownership of the strategic development, coordination and execution of targeted and dynamic conversion email campaigns – delivering on the University’s diversity goals through digital communications.
