Salary: £35,000 – £38,000 Location: Greater London,Central London Job Type: Permanent Exciting opportunity for a Marketing Automation specialist with Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience to join this world-renowned organisation.THE COMPANY Our client are a renowned media and entertainment brand, with offices across the globe. Their mission to document the incredible can still be found each year on the pages of their book, but also through TV shows, social media and live events.THE ROLE The Marketing Automation Specialist will take the lead on Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation and be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated campaigns.You will:
– Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build personalised campaigns
– Create and optimise Marketing Cloud journeys and automations
– Own campaign tracking (alongside Senior Marketing Automation Manager)
– Work closely with the Social Media Specialist to ensure all campaign activity and results are trackable across systems
– Develop training programmes and provide training to marketing teams
– Manage any enquiries related to data segmentation and campaign supportThis role is based in Central London with flexible hybrid working (3 days in the office during probation)YOU The successful candidate for this Marketing Automation Specialist role will ideally have 2+ years’ experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to manage multiple marketing channels and drive resultsYou will also:
– Have experience of designing and delivering automated journeys
– Be results driven and commercially aware (and can share evidence of this)
– Be analytically-minded and have experience reporting on campaign ROI
– Have a good understanding of GDPR and general data protection laws
