You will also support the IP, commercial, and data practice groups, helping to grow their market presence and revenue. This role involves collaborating with practice area leaders, developing business plans, managing budgets, and executing client relationship strategies.Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with practice area leaders to draft and deliver business plans.
• Manage BD budgets and track spending.
• Develop key selling messages and differentiate our practices in the market.
• Execute client relationship plans and act as the account manager for key clients.
• Manage tender and panel opportunities, ensuring high-quality submissions.
• Develop marketing communications and campaigns to profile our sector offerings.
• Create customised credential documents highlighting our expertise.
• Cross-sell practice group offerings within the firm.
• Produce and deliver outstanding client events.
• Mentor and support junior BD team members.

What’s needed:

• Previous BD experience gained within a legal or professional services environment
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and provide strategic advice.
• A supportive team player with experience in building collaborative environments.
• Innovative and commercially aware, consistently adding value to BD activities.
