Marketing Coordinator – City of London – Professional ServicesAre you a Marketing Coordinator seeking to work for an independent professional services firm in the heart of the city? Are you looking to work in a positive working environment where you will have the opportunity to develop the firm’s brand and have an impact on the future direction of the marketing team?Our client is a leading professional services firm with a marketing team of 4 staff and an excellent brand in its market. Reporting to the marketing manager, this role will have the opportunity to support the partners in local and international marketing activities and take the lead on various initiatives.Your responsibilities as a Marketing Coordinator will include:

• Providing partners with marketing support including research to assist their initiatives
• Liaising with external suppliers to deliver marketing activity
• Developing marketing collateral such as brochures, factsheets and content for sectors and services
• Supporting the team in producing and publishing content on the firm’s website
• Organising and coordinating client, prospect and internal physical events and webinars
• Creating HTML emails and monitoring email marketing analytics
• Preparing, ordering and maintaining all marketing materials and collateral stock
• Conducting competitor research and target market analysis to identify market trends
• Assisting with the ongoing data cleanse
• Working closely with the marketing manager to develop and implement business units and sector plans

As a Marketing Coordinator you will:

• A degree in marketing, business or applied communications, CIM qualification is also desirable/some relevant marketing work experience.
• Excellent communicator with good analytical skills and strong writing skills
• Have experience of a professional practice environment, desirable though not essential
• Have enthusiasm for and willingness to understand the firm’s business
