Your Responsibilities:As a Marketing Coordinator you will support the CMO and the Group Communications team to streamline processes, information and engagement across key internal and external audiences. You will help execute key global and regional campaigns to facilitate the Group’s global integration and ensure Vista’s one-voice approach.RoleAs a Marketing Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:CORPORATE AND MEMBERS COMMUNICATIONS

  • Support the Director of Group Communications in preparing new campaign launches, working with key stakeholders to ensure adoption internally and externally.
  • Source information from the Group companies to support content development for Vista Global communications and marketing materials.
  • Build and maintain the internal and external communications and marketing deliverables for Vista companies.
  • Work with Operations teams globally to identify and coordinate key updates to streamline internally and positively represent Vista and its Operating Partners.
  • Coordinate with the Talent Acquisitions team on key tactics for new hires and retention to help grow the reputation and effectiveness of Vista’s employer brand.
  • Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team to identify, support and implement external event opportunities, such as recruitment and community events.
  • Keep all group information updated on key touchpoints, such as websites, Wikipedia, Google maps, induction decks, HR materials, trade event materials, corporate collaterals.
  • Support the Director of Group Communications in preparing and delivering a multi-channel calendar of Member communications, in line with business goals.

TEAM COORDINATION

  • Support the CMO with key team management tasks:
  • Project progress and task lists.
  • Monthly budget and invoicing updates.
  • Monthly reporting for Executive Committee (ExCo).
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to improve internal processes, in particular: assets management, shared documents, and project deadlines management.
  • Act as the first point of contact for new requests coming to the marketing team, allocate to the most appropriate team member and help set up project updates and delivery deadlines.
  • Perform any other tasks reasonably required to be undertaken in accordance with the instructions of the Reporting Manager.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a marketing project management role;
  • Ability to excel under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude;
  • A good understanding of the audience for each communication;
  • Strong project management skills, ability to coordinate multiple projects involving multiple internal players and external suppliers;
  • Strong team and integration skills;
  • Communicates clearly, has excellent organisational skills and attention to detail;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Deadline oriented.
