We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our Communication Engagement and Advocacy team at EACH.
As the Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and talent attraction through the development, implementation, and evaluation of multi-channel marketing plans.
You will collaborate with internal clients, external agencies, and the Social and Digital Media Coordinator to deliver effective marketing initiatives that align with our strategic and business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the External Communications Manager to develop and execute multi-channel marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and talent attraction.
- Collaborating with internal clients to understand their marketing needs and deliver initiatives that align with strategic and business goals.
- Devising and implementing organic and paid social and digital campaigns in collaboration with the Social and Digital Media Coordinator.
- Maintain and apply the EACH brand guidelines and advise internal and external stakeholders about appropriate use and treatment of the EACH brand.
- Creating compelling marketing copy, video, and photographic content for various channels, including social media and digital platforms.

Who we are looking for
This is an exciting opportunity to use your strategic marketing skills to support programs that make a genuine impact in the community. If you have a creative mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and at least three years’ experience in a marketing or marcomms role, we want to hear from you!
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated experience devising, implementing and evaluating marketing campaigns, as well as having experience in brand management, and excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills. A proven ability to think strategically and execute tactically will be key to your success in this role.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field preferred.
