Position Summary

This role is a crucial part of the Omni-Channel Marketing Team in the Samsung MX Division. Working as part of a small team the successful candidate will need to be able to successfully collaborate with partners across a number of internal departments to support the delivery of our marketing projects and campaigns.

Role and Responsibilities

Your Key Responsibilities:

Take the lead in developing, managing, and optimising marketing budgets, ensuring alignment with overall financial goals and marketing objectives

Collaborate with marketing teams to develop accurate financial forecasts, aiding in strategic planning and driving efficiencies

Work closely with procurement, finance and legal teams to ensure all activity is in line with our expenditure processes

Actively seek feedback from cross-functional teams to identify and address potential issues before they escalate

Support the wider Marketing team by training them on process and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and standards

Anticipate financial challenges and proactively develop solutions to ensure marketing campaigns remain within budgetary constraints.

Collaborate with external partners and vendors to navigate our processes, release purchase orders and solve invoice queries

PC & system use (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
