Education and Experience Requirements:
- Excellent Project Manager
- Social Science Degree + MBA is a bonus
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing roles (Not Sales)
- Solid knowledge of customer psychology.
- Good eye for content and design
- Analytical. Can put the dots together.
- Have excellent follow-through skills
- Execute and take massive action quickly.
- Are curious about what works and why.
- Are focused on getting results and a return on investment.
- A collaborative team player.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Manage projects and ensure return on investment
- Extract and maximise value from world-class marketing coaches
- Encourage open debates, and share learning within the team
- Drive momentum in the team as well as within marketing
- Analytical. Able to see what is working and what is not
- Execute marketing training handbooks
- Own Demand and Conversion KPI’s
Role Info:
- Location: 2 minutes walk from Sevenoaks train station. (30 minutes from London Bridge, Charing Cross, and Waterloo).
- Hybrid working with three days in the office and two from home.
