Education and Experience Requirements:

• Excellent Project Manager
• Social Science Degree + MBA is a bonus
• 5+ years of experience in Marketing roles (Not Sales)
• Solid knowledge of customer psychology.
• Good eye for content and design
• Analytical. Can put the dots together.
• Have excellent follow-through skills
• Execute and take massive action quickly.
• Are curious about what works and why.
• Are focused on getting results and a return on investment.
• A collaborative team player.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Manage projects and ensure return on investment
• Extract and maximise value from world-class marketing coaches
• Encourage open debates, and share learning within the team
• Drive momentum in the team as well as within marketing
• Analytical. Able to see what is working and what is not
• Execute marketing training handbooks
• Own Demand and Conversion KPI’s

Role Info:

• Location: 2 minutes walk from Sevenoaks train station. (30 minutes from London Bridge, Charing Cross, and Waterloo).
• Hybrid working with three days in the office and two from home.
