You will be responsible for coordinating marketing activities, managing projects, and assisting in the development of marketing materials. Your creativity, organizational skills, and attention to detail will contribute to the success of our marketing strategies.This is a 100% remote position, individual must be in United Kingdom. With the preference of living near or around our (West Bridgford, Nottingham) office.Key Responsibilities:Campaign Coordination:

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, social media, email, and print.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets and materials.
  • Track campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports to the sales team

Content Creation and Management:

  • Support the creation and editing of marketing collateral such as email templates and website content.
  • Track website performance and review improvements for sales engagements.
  • Manage content and campaign delivery calendars and schedules to ensure sales team is briefed on deliverables.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing and engaging content.

Digital Marketing Support:

  • Assist in the management of social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages.
  • Help maintain the company website by updating content, images, and promotions as needed.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, copywriting, and performance analysis.

Event Coordination:

  • Coordinate logistics for marketing events such as trade shows, conferences, webinars, and product launches.
  • Assist in the creation of event materials such as signage, promotional items, and presentations.
  • Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth execution and customer engagement.

What You May Need to be Successful:

  • Experience in marketing coordination or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and branding.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
