If you’re interested in being able to have a major impact on a successful, fast growing company from day 1, then read on!Your Mission:We are seeking a Marketing Data Manager to lead our analytics and reporting initiatives across various marketing channels. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in SQL, and data visualization tools like Amazon QuickSight to conduct in-depth analyses and deliver actionable insights to executive stakeholders. You will oversee projects related to customer lifetime value and long-term ROI analysis, while also optimizing lead acquisition and revenue through strategic CRM management. Additionally, you will manage relationships with third-party lead generation suppliers and oversee our review platforms to enhance customer feedback processes.Your Quests Include:

• Lead analytics and reporting projects across multiple marketing channels, utilizing tools / languages like SQL, Python, Airflow, Excel, Amazon QuickSight, and Web Analytics.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses, secure stakeholder buy-in, and manage cross-team projects.
• Gather and validate data to build robust solutions and reports
• Presenting findings to executive-level stakeholders in a clear, logical format.

Technical Skills required:

• 2-3 years’ experience in Marketing Data or Technical Marketing roles.
• Strong SQL expertise
• Proficient in data visualization; experience with Amazon QuickSight is a plus.
• Ability to interpret data and drive commercial decisions.
• Lead Generation Channel Management
• Strong communication, project management, and attention to detail, with the ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure.

Soft Skills required:

• Ability to multitask and respond to ad-hoc data requests whilst taking care of ongoing tasks/ projects.
• Ability to work with people with a variety of styles and working cultures.
• Ability to prioritise and maintain composure when challenged by others within the business.
