We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join us as we continue to expand throughout the UK.About the RoleWe are looking for a talented Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Executive will play a critical role in developing and delivering effective marketing campaigns and strategies to increase brand awareness and promote our services.We are looking for someone who can.
- Work closely with the Graphic Designer to commission artwork for a range of purposes, including flyers/leaflets/booklet and social media posts
- Assist with planning our attendance at industry events, such as 100% Optical
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners
- Plan and monitor the company presence on social media, increasing followers and engagement month on month
- Assist with the development of engaging online content, including blog posts, graphics, and videos
- Maintain the CRM/marketing automation platform (HubSpot)
- Measure and report on the performance of our digital marketing efforts using a variety of web analytics tools, including HubSpot Analytics and Google Analytics
- Managing internal comms, working closely with HR, ensuring all content is collated via the relevant departments and artwork creation
- Working with the HR Department in ensuring a quarterly social media plan includes various recruitment and peoples posts each week
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creativity and innovation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools such as Google Analytics
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing techniques
