• Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Working with our CRM manager, and our Loyalty marketing lead, to design, create and execute CRM driven loyalty & reward campaigns.
• Campaign Development and Execution: Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, content marketing, and online advertising.
• Content Briefing: Work with content creators and designers to produce high-quality, engaging content, to support our marketing campaign objectives.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key metrics (e.g., engagement, leads, conversions), analyse campaign performance, and recommend optimisations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and other teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals and support lead generation and revenue growth.

Skills and Experience

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or relevant field
• Experience working within either B2C or B2B Marketing
• Experience working with CRM and/or loyalty marketing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, experience creating content for different channels
• Ability to think creatively and produce innovative ideas for campaigns and engagement
• Organised and detail orientated, ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Solid understanding of the principles of CRM marketing, and experience building campaigns and calendars to support the activity
