About the role:
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced, passionate and high-performing Marketing Executive to join our HopeStreet Marketing team on a 12-month (part-time) fixed-term contract, 3 days per week.
Working with the Head of Fundraising & HopeStreet Marketing, you will lead the coordination of all Community Services & Housing marketing activities. Working across genuinely life changing areas of the organisation, you will use your skills and your heart to market the BaptistCare HopeStreet brand to drive positive charitable outcomes in the fundraising space and support the division across a range of exciting marketing activities.

About You:
To be successful, you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing/related field or equivalent marketing coordination experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-channel projects with multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing websites, SEO/SEM, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Experience working in digital fundraising, using a range of digital channels for lead generation, campaigns, supporter acquisition and supporter journeys
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
- Working knowledge of Google Ads, CMS and marketing analytics tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact and influence
- Superior project management skills with the capacity to manage competing priorities, multiple stakeholders, budgets, maintain attention to detail and to meet tight deadlines
- Current driver’s license and commitment to occasional travel
- A genuine alignment to BaptistCare’s vision, purpose and values
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation and A/B campaign testing is desirable.
