Marketing ExecutiveLocation: Gatwick, UKAre you ready to drive innovation and make a real impact?As an Marketing Executive, you’ll support the MN Innovation Manager in launching groundbreaking new products for the MN category. You’ll be at the heart of our innovation process, ensuring projects are on track and delivering exceptional results.Key Responsibilities:

• Business Cases & P&L: Assist in creating compelling business cases and full P&L for new product developments.
• Research Projects: Set up and manage research projects to gather critical insights.
• Competitor Tracking: Keep a close eye on competitor activities and new launches.
• NPD Meetings: Attend and contribute to NPD meetings, ensuring projects stay on track.
• Review Meetings: Prepare for and participate in monthly and quarterly NPD review meetings.
• Launch Excellence: Support the delivery of the Nestlé Launch Excellence framework.
• Project Pipeline: Manage and track the overall pipeline of innovation projects.

What We’re Looking For:

• Marketing Experience: Proven experience in marketing, especially with new product launches and innovation.
• P&L Knowledge: Strong understanding of P&L and business case development.
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to influence and manage stakeholders in a matrix organization.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical Skills: Entry-level analytical skills and a strategic mindset.
