Partnerships Marketing Executive

Location: Chester

Base Salary: £25-£30k DOE plus bonus & benefits

Full time: Permanent

Hybrid: 1-2 day in the office, remainder working from home

This role emphasises building meaningful relationships with partners, sister companies, and internal teams as our client’s partnership approach evolves. The right candidate will ensure all partners, despite differences, feel equally valued by implementing tailored marketing plans based on their commercial tiering model.

The PRM’s success is pivotal for the partner channel’s growth, relying on continued encouragement of engagement and increased usage. You’ll assist across the entire marketing mix, collaborating with internal and external teams. The role includes a mix of online, automation, offline & traditional marketing. The role is focused on developing existing relationships and new partnership for lead generation as well as creative thinking. There is a diverse client portfolio and the position is both strategic and tactical.

The Role:

• Assist in implementing tailored marketing plans for Tier 1 partners and generic tiered plans covering the entire partnership landscape, with a focus on understanding and sharing the commercial impact of suggested activities.
• Support the widespread adoption of the PRM platform among all partners.
• Contribute to campaigns aimed at attracting new partnership opportunities for the business.
• Collaborate on the onboarding process for new partnerships in coordination with service delivery and the partner manager.
• Serve as a marketing point of contact for our client’s partner eco-system.
• Work on partnership campaigns from conceptualisation to post-implementation, utilising a mix of online and offline channels.
• Utilise project management tools like Monday.com to ensure consistency of output across the team and support effective internal resource planning.
• Manage communications with customer-facing colleagues to maximise the impact of campaign activity.
• Monitor campaign results and provide findings and recommendations to the business.
• Ensure all materials align with relevant brand identity and compliance guidelines.

Who are we looking for?

Experienced marketing executive with partnership/relationship management or channel marketing or SaaS background is ideal.

• B2B experience is preferred or candidates with a genuine interest in getting into the B2B sector, with a focus on partner channels being highly advantageous.
• Confident in being able to have business conversations with business leaders.
• Experience in email marketing automation using platforms like Pardot or similar.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to maintain relationships with external suppliers.
• Creative mindset with a continuous improvement approach and openness to experimenting with new marketing strategies.
• Robust analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Ensuring marketing aligns with brand and message consistency.
• Willingness to travel for partner visits, events, and to other offices in the UK where delivery teams are based.
