A leading international Educational publisher is looking to appoint a Marketing Manager to join the English Language Teaching (ELT) marketing team on a 12 month parental leave contract, working hybrid, spending one day per month in the company’s Hampshire office. They offer a generous salary, bonus and excellent benefits package (including generous holiday allowance, private healthcare and pension), alongside a flexible and supportive work environment and fantastic training and development opportunities.Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the ELT Product Marketing Manager will have a varied mixed-marketing remit and be responsible for developing and implementing product marketing strategies and campaign plans for the ELT portfolio of products across the EMEA region. Responsibilities will include (amongst others):

• Create go-to-market plans, in conjunction with other teams
• Regular reporting on launch campaigns, adoptions and sales updates
• Train and educate the sales teams on new product
• Track product development and marketing initiatives
• Develop and create materials to support sales in field visits

As the local expert on market needs, trends and opportunities you will be the key ELT product liaison between editorial, the EMEA sales teams and the US marketing teams.Aside from prior experience of devising, planning and implementing marketing plans for a product portfolio, to be successful in this role, the ELT Product Marketing Manager will ideally have worked in the educational publishing / ELT industry or a related sector. You will have top-notch presentation and copy-writing skills along side strong communication. Additionally, you will be goal-orientated and highly motivated.
