– Proficiency in managing E-commerce platforms and CRM systems.Key Responsibilities:
– Provide strategic direction to Marketing, Graphics, and Photography teams.
– Foster collaborative relationships with external agencies and partners.
– Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
– Oversee the production of primary catalogues and sub-brands, ensuring quality and timeliness.
– Manage the corporate website and E-commerce platform, ensuring visual appeal and product updates.
– Lead marketing efforts within CRM, driving customer engagement and retention.
– Create and execute campaigns and promotions, analysing results and adapting strategies as needed.
