Marketing Manager – Cluster
Mission: Guarantees the alignment and dialogue between the brand strategy and its implementation in the hotel, as well as the prioritization of projects based on the premises set by the business, aligned with and supporting the strategy of the DOS.
What will you be doing?
- Defines and participates in the elaboration of the Marketing Plan of the hotels under their responsibility and supervises that the Marketing Plan is aligned with the brand and hotel strategy. Key Hotels and Premium Leadership of the MK Annual Plan of the HOTEL together with the General Manager and DOS&M of the hotel.
- Definition and execution of all the necessary assets for multi-channel marketing in collaboration with the Area Sales Manager.
- Execution of the campaigns defined in the hotel’s MK plan: creation of materials, production, identity, design, together with the hotel’s DOS&M.
- Prepare documents and update brand and hotel presentations to make new people aware of the company’s marketing strategy. Support to the Expansion team in the corresponding area or brand when new projects come up
What will you need?
- Minimum 1 year of Experience
- Training in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations and Communication.
