£50,000 – £65,000Due to growth within the business, this innovative Engineering company are looking to expand their team by hiring a Marketing Manager to help drive all aspects of communications and brand awareness.You’ll be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy, managing the lead generation activities, coordinating the new business aims and enhancing the strategic communications.Marketing Manager skills and experience

Previous experience in Marketing Management or Head of Marketing.
Understanding of competitive positioning.
Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing plans.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
A keen eye for detail, with the ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
Proficiency in managing social media channels and PR initiatives.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
